Sea Dogs: To Each His Own Map — Saint Martin Island

On Saint Martin you will find one of the two Dutch colonies in Sea Dogs: To Each His Own — Philipsburg. You will get to know the island well if you decide to complete the “Dutch Gambit” on the Dutch West India Company side.

Also, there is a brothel in Philipsburg, and its owner offers one of the game’s side quests — a rather interesting one, and in places extremely funny: “A Long Road to the Gallows”. However, you can take this quest only after you have finished the main “Dutch Gambit” storyline on either side.

Continuing with quests: if you have the DLC “The Last Lesson” installed, then on Saint Martin you will complete a large part of the quest “In the Mousetrap” — unless, of course, you decide to get as far away from Sint Maarten as possible at the exact moment you deliver the Englishmen there.

What’s nice is that in Sea Dogs: To Each His Own, on Saint Martin you can meet street vendors of every type. And if we talk about sea trade, the table below may help you — it shows prices in the Philipsburg store that differ from the standard ones.

From the interesting bits, an experienced trader will probably only point out the “green” prices for cotton, which is a scarce good in some towns.
